I am passionate about helping designers, machine builder and manufacturers to reimagine what‘s possible - transforming ideas intro industrial realities with Additive Manufacturing. Every day, I work with industry leaders to accelerate this transformation, unlock profitable business models, and develop the eco-system along the value chain. Additive Manufacturing enables the next generation of Designs and Manufacturing across 10+ industries, but companies struggle in navigating towards high quality, target costing, certified and high quality processes. As Vice President of Additive Manufacturing at Siemens Digital Industries, I help machine builders, designers and manufacturers to navigate to successfully industrialization of AM leveraging the power of the eco system as well as Siemens‘ unique technology of industrial AI, Software, and Automation. Our end-to-end solutions support customers at every step-from design to factory planning, workflow automation with AI up to smart financing. This empowers our customers to design, make and use additive application at scale. I am shaping the ecosystem across Germany with regional associations like Bavaria Makes e.V, VDMA, Germany Makes, I AM Hamburg, Rapid.Tech3D, and Formnext as well as on European level with AM-Europe. Besides that I am engaged internationally, may it be in Americas, China or APAC.
