About Karson Younger
I am currently a senior at Kansas State University dual-majoring in Kinesiology and Integrative Physiology. I grew up working on my family’s ranch in Auburn, KS, instilling many of my founding values and strengths such as chivalry, adaptability, and inquisition. During my tenure as a CNA at the Kansas Rehabilitation Hospital, I have placed an emphasis on establishing genuine relationships with my patients. Having personable conversations while executing the designated healthcare plan brings me immense satisfaction as I can leave the hospital knowing I fulfilled my duties made new companions while doing so. I am driven to obtain this same sense of gratification through my genuine interactions with others in my future healthcare career. Numerous leadership experiences at K-State have heightened my organization, work ethic, and attention to detail. Over the years, these skills have proven universally applicable in successfully accomplishing the tasks required of each position I have held. I am always seeking new challenges to serve as learning opportunities and further my personal growth. I am open-minded and eagerly anticipate where my journey takes me and the countless relationships I will make along the way.
