Helping Healthcare Heroes is a 501(c)3 public charity dedicated to the mental wellbeing, wellness, and resilience of healthcare professionals. Healthcare professionals, for too long, have neglected themselves while focusing on the needs and health of others. It is time to look at how the longevity of these professionals is impacted by high burnout rates, suicides, and chronic overwhelm. We at Helping Healthcare Heroes believe in providing tools and techniques to help build professional and personal resilience. This will impact the wellbeing and retention of healthcare professionals in the areas in which they have been skillfully trained to serve. Our communities need these healthcare heroes, and our goal is to help them!
