I am a human resources executive with over 15 years of experience in leading HR programs and teams in education, tech (SaaS) and hospitality industries. I have a strong track record of aligning HR strategies with business objectives and supporting employees across sites and functions.As the former VP of Human Resources at EdisonLearning, a leading SaaS operation, I delivered executive leadership to the HR function and ensured the alignment of strategies with larger business goals. I devised and implemented a new engagement strategy that increased scores by 7%, fostered collaboration with leadership teams to enable the seamless restructuring of people operations teams, and refined organizational culture through an emphasis on diversity and innovation. I also achieved improved department efficacy, cost reduction, and data-driven decision-making through the design of updated procedures and the elimination of non-gain vendor programs. Prior to that, I headed HR for an on-campus hotel property, where I elevated compliance outcomes, refined training messaging, and sustained excellent employee retention rates.I hold an MBA in Business and a BS in Science from reputable universities, and I am always eager to expand my knowledge and skills as a leader in HR*.
