   Develop, execute and facilitate an enterprise-wide lean management system for Clinical Practice including the execution of key strategies with stakeholders to lead and facilitate events and document progress to lean goals. Planning and management of major organizational process improvement change utilizing Six Sigma and Lean Design tools and methodology. Train, execute and facilitate operational improvement programs to create a culture of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing that leads to associate empowerment, elimination of waste, and KPI improvement (safety, quality, productivity, lead time, service, cost). Lead project teams improving critical organizational processes that improve quality, patient safety and financial performance. Change agent teaching and implementing lean tools such as value stream mapping, Kaizen, 5S, Gemba walks, and root cause problem solving. Coordinate other Lean Facilitators and personnel to manage multiple Lean projects, and Rapid Process Improvement Workshops (RPIWs) for redesign improvement efforts, ensuring alignment with Leadership goals. Implementing visual management processes during all Kaizen activity. Collect and analyze data on processes, procedure, and performance using evaluation tools and make recommendations for improvement to Leadership. Provide executive sponsors, business area leaders, and project team guidelines, resources, and training to shorten project cycle times while improving outcomes. Coach, guide, empower, and mentor colleagues in the use of lean practices.
