About Karri Webster

My nickname is “Spreadsheet”. I have the unique gift of being both organized and creative at the same time. Most folks gravitate toward one or the other. Salesforce is a perfect mix of the two for me- I have what cannot be taught - people skills + grit! Can I put top Girl Scout cookie seller in my LinkedIn? That\'s where it started. Many years in customer service roles and representing various people groups has developed my level of empathy and people skills. 15+ years as a military spouse has definitely contributed to my high dose of grit- I am a trusted Salesforce Certified Professional with a deeply rooted drive to help people. My number one goal is to be with a mission-driven, people-first organization as a Salesforce Administrator or related role with opportunities for growth- I can function in messy chaotic situations as well as linear structured environments. I am resilient and get the job done (with flare). I have hands-on experience with the Salesforce Platform. I am actively engaged in multiple Salesforce communities and groups to increase my Salesforce knowledge, awareness and professional connections. In my free time, I enjoy participating in Salesforce Community groups both learning and helping others to leverage Salesforce to improve productivity and efficiency for their employers and co-workers! I am also a member of a Salesforce Professional Development Program to fully understand the Salesforce Ecosystem and network to build valuable relationships in the Salesforce space. Outside of my passion for Salesforce, I like to hangout with my family, spend time in the great outdoors (I’m a WA native), read, conquer house projects (HGTV has ruined me!), laugh + smile :).
