After MBA @ XLRI, I was supposed to build a startup.I had the pitch, the deck, the name, the dream - everything except a working product and minor things like sleep. The startup didn\'t take off. But somewhere in between the hustle, I found something that mattered the most: A Purpose.I came back to my alma mater, not because I had nowhere else to go, but because I knew exactly where I wanted to begin again. As an Assistant Professor & Placement Officer, I now work at the intersection of education and aspiration, teaching students what books don’t, and guiding them toward careers that they love!I firmly believe that Undergrad is more about creating space for young people to pause, explore, and grow. Being around students keeps me grounded, curious, and just young enough to understand Gen Z memes and slangs!This may not be the startup I imagined.
