About Karolyn Leonard
As the Global Director of Talent Acquisition reporting to the Vice President of Talent Management and Employee Experience, I oversee all experienced and campus recruiting as well as the sourcing team for various business segments across multiple geographies. With over 20 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, and recruiting management, I have a proven track record of delivering creative, results-oriented, and efficient talent solutions for our clients and our organization.I manage the recruiting coordination team responsible for all operational aspects of the hiring process, such as scheduling, offer letters, background checks, and expense management. I also partner with leadership, HR, and operations to understand talent needs and devise sourcing and recruiting strategies that align with our business goals and values. In addition, I develop and implement recruitment marketing, staff development, headcount plans, and P/L budget for the team. My mission is to enable the transformative change and growth that Huron is known for by attracting, developing, and retaining the best talent in the industry.
