I am a Recruitment Consultant at Optima UK Recruitment, Training & Business Consultancy, where I support all engineering businesses nationally and internationally. I have a Bachelor\'s degree in Business Management and Law from De Montfort University, and I have developed core competencies in time management, data analysis, and resiliency. In my current role, I recruit for various engineering and software engineering positions, such as Maintenance Engineers, Design Engineers, Software Developers, and IT Project Managers. I have also gained experience in the FMCG/Food Manufacturing industry, where I previously worked as a Senior Account Manager at Exposed Solutions Limited, a tech recruitment company.
