WORK HISTORY
Accessibility Tester @Fable
CA
elow I move the digital world forward by working with leading to brands to improve their digital accessibility. As an Accessibility Tester I work with large organizations to improve the accessibility of digital products across industries including e-ecommerce, banking, education and more. The feedback that I provide, impacts the lives of the 1.3 billion people around the world who live with disabilities. I’m an expert in the assistive technology that I use and have the technical skills to perform task flows. I participate in ‘user Interview’ requests (moderated research requests) where I’m interviewed by researchers or specialists in the field while performing specific task flows. These recorded interviews are used to help identify new issues with a product related to its accessibility and usability. This experience has enhanced my interpersonal communication skills. I build rapport, practice active listening, and respond to questions in an insightful manner. I use deductive reasoning and investigative skills to uncover novel issues with customer product flows. On occasion, I assist companies within their digital accessibility research and provide knowledge regardless of the company’s digital accessibility proficiency.
