I have over a decade of experience in the renewable energy sector, particularly in offshore wind power. At the beginning of my career, I believed that technology and innovation alone would be enough to build a fair and sustainable future. Over time, it became clear that simply changing the source of energy—without changing the economic system and the way we conduct business—would not lead to a true transformation, whether in the energy sector or in society at large. This realization, combined with the perspective of motherhood, became the impulse to redefine my professional path. I left the corporate sector and founded my own company, carrying out projects aligned with my values: care, responsibility, and sufficiency.
