I’m a Junior Program Manager focused on making the new hire experience smooth and effective. I manage the full onboarding process—from pre-boarding and orientation to helping employees settle into their teams with clear goals and the right resources. I work closely with HR, IT, and managers to ensure every new hire feels supported from day one.Beyond my day-to-day role, I’m actively involved in building community and inclusion at work. I serve as Chair of Women@THF, Chair of Together@Amazon (ID & E group), and Lead Ambassador for InCommunities. These roles allow me to connect people, strengthen networks, and support initiatives that make the workplace more inclusive and collaborative.
