I focus on monitoring our quality performance indicators to meet turnaround time targets and minimize invalid result reporting. Additionally, I oversee our quality assurance programs, maintain our accreditation standards, and drive continuous process improvements. I apply my leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of ISO 15189 to foster a culture of excellence within our lab.
