I am a dedicated communications professional with extensive experience in corporate communications, strategy and change communications, and project management. I have been working in Corporate Communications at Bayer for more than four years, driving projects at corporate, country and divisional level. Most recently, the Future Leadership Program gave me the opportunity to work in various teams and projects - from social media communication, press projects, change communication and web platform management to the strategic development of executive communication. I have learned to be flexible to changing requirements and to quickly familiarize myself with new team cultures and working methods.
