   I currently lead the India Design Org, where I drive strategic UX initiatives across enterprise SaaS applications. My focus is on delivering measurable business impact through, while also scaling the team, mentoring designers, and building a strong user-centered design culture across the organization.Alongside leadership, I stay - whether it’s user research, wireframing, prototyping, or high-fidelity UI design. I ensure design quality and consistency across products by staying closely involved in the process.One of the initiatives I’m most proud of was - in medical coding and follow-up processes. This led to a % and brought significant productivity gains for back-office operations. Similarly, I led the redesign of R1 D (our follow-up and analytics platform) to better align with user mental models, which resulted in a % reduction in task completion time.All of this is grounded in deep user research and usability testing.
