As an HR Manager at Dalmia Bharat Group, one of the leading cement companies in India, I oversee the internal audits, employee relations, and performance management of the organization. I have a Master of Business Administration degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Vel Tech Technical University, where I gained valuable skills in project management, data analysis, and strategic planning. With over five years of work experience, I have also worked as an Account Manager at airtel, one of the largest telecom providers in the country, where I was responsible for new business development, customer retention, and contract negotiation. I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work culture, enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction, and supporting the growth and development of the organization. I have a strong track record of delivering results, building relationships, and solving problems in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
