As the proud torchbearer of a legacy started by my father and his brothers, I\'ve turned a childhood curiosity into a lifelong passion. Mechanical Engineer with a Vision Exploring the factory floor since I was a child, I grew up immersed in the art of bus body manufacturing. I embarked on a mechanical engineering degree, channeling my classroom knowledge into revolutionizing our processes. AutoCAD, Catia, Pro E—these became tools to shape my dreams. Dedication Amidst Setbacks A setback hit hard when I lost my father in 2009, but the support of well-wishers fueled my determination. Balancing studies and factory visits, I persevered. Welding, bending presses, intricate sheet metal processes—I delved into every aspect hands-on, gaining expertise from the ground up. Knowledge Beyond the Classroom While earning my MBA, I continued my on-the-job education. I mastered the intricate dance of finance, sales, and administration. By 2013, I seamlessly took over financial reins, driving our business to new heights. Pioneering Amidst Challenges The industry landscape shifted in 2015 with the AIS 052 bus code enforcement. As part of the union, I embraced the challenge head-on, securing the elusive Type Approval certification after a year of dedication. The journey wasn\'t easy, but it was worth it—opening doors to contracts like the 205-bus project with RSRTC and the remarkable 100-bus tender from PRTC.
