No matter what someone\'s background or preferences are, they all have one thing in common: they need a job. I work to help people get good ones. As Senior Workforce and Special projects manager, I oversee a variety of efforts to help people find jobs, get trained, and increase their quality of life. I travel internationally more than most (for fun, and sometimes for work) and I learned a foreign language (B.A, Spanish) because I value thinking outside the box and think that we do ourselves a disservice if we limit our mindset. I believe there are beautiful things to be experienced and implemented, both in business and in life, from all cultures. My skills include aptitude in adapting to new situations and engaging those around me because I genuinely enjoy working in a team environment. I like to win, but I like seeing the team win more.
