Karmell currently serves as a Data Center Program Leader for Eaton Corporation (NYSE: ETN). She is an experienced Technical and Executive Management Professional with a demonstrated history of working in the automotive and electrical and electronic manufacturing industries. Skilled in Program Management, DMAIC, APQP, Root Cause Analysis, Management, Supply Chain Management and Continuous Improvement. Karmell is Program Management Certified (PMP-PMI), holds a BS in Product Design Engineering Technology and an MS in Industrial Engineering & Management from Wayne State University as well as a minor in Spanish. She currently serves on the board of directors of the Louis Stokes Midwest Center of Excellence, and on the steering committee of the Women’s Business Enterprise Council Ohio River Valley.
