Motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic individual with extensive experience working with diverse client groups in a variety of geographic regions. Passionate about collaborating with and supporting people, realizing potential and enabling success.I have over 11 years’ experience in L&D, coaching and training in the public, private and third sector. My work has taken me to Israel, America, Russia, France, the Netherlands and Belize, interacting with clients from a diversity of cultures, ages (including children and youth), business levels and perspectives. A graduate in Anthropology and European Civilisation from the University of Glasgow, an ASIST trainer, SMHFA certified and an NLP Practitioner. As a founding member of the SAMH Workplace Team, I currently design, develop and quality assure the full SAMH Workplace training suite. In my work experience I have previously supported 39 management teams, including delivering over 200 hours of one to one coaching sessions within the international-NGO sector. Currently using my experience of facilitating professionals to deliver bespoke training on workplace wellbeing and effective communication, managing workload stress, pressures and challenges to support participants of the SAMH Workplace training modules achieve their potential.
