ABOUT KARMARAJSINH SARVAIYA

As a Territory Sales Incharge at Polycab India Limited, one of the leading manufacturers of wires and cables in India, I am responsible for managing and growing the sales of the company\'s products in the assigned territory. I work with a team of distributors, dealers, and retailers to achieve the sales targets and increase the market share of Polycab. I also provide feedback and insights to the management on the customer needs, preferences, and satisfaction levels. I have been in this role for six months, and I have successfully implemented various sales strategies and initiatives to boost the sales performance and customer loyalty.I have a keen interest in learning about the latest trends and developments in the business world, and I have acquired multiple skills and knowledge in various domains, such as finance, marketing, operations, and human resources. Prior to joining Polycab, I did a two-month internship at Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund, where I gained valuable exposure and experience in the field of sales and marketing of mutual fund products. I learned how to interact with potential and existing customers, how to present and pitch the products, and how to handle objections and queries. I also developed my influencing, listening, and personal selling skills, which have been instrumental in my current role.I am passionate about sales and marketing, and I enjoy working in a dynamic and challenging environment. I am always eager to learn new skills and improve myself, and I seek opportunities to grow professionally and personally. I am also committed to delivering quality results and exceeding expectations. My goal is to become a successful and respected sales and marketing professional in the industry.
