   As Media Manager I successfully set up CPI Security to function as an in-house media buying agency. Currently, media partners acknowledge CPI Security as an in-house agency extending the industry discount for all media buys. • Set up and currently use necessary software to allow CPI Security to operate as an in-house media buying agency. • Evaluate market data including Nielsen ratings and qualitative research for Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro, Greenville/Spartanburg, Columbia, Charleston, SC and Atlanta to insure media efforts are targeted to reach potential CPI customers efficiently. • Developed strong relationships with media partners to negotiate aggressive rates and prime placement in media schedules. • Plan, negotiate and manage a multimillion dollar media budget which includes: o Broadcast TV o Cable o Regional Sports o Local Sports o Radio o Digital Outdoor o Print • Oversee delivery of TV commercials and traffic instructions to over 30 stations in the CPI footprint. • Implemented internal accounting system which includes auditing, reconciling and generating reports for all media invoices. • Run quarterly post analysis reports for base buys along with weekly reports for regional sports. • Recommend new ways to reach potential customers through different dayparts, programming, promotions, sponsorships and/or branding efforts. • Activley work with team towards the common goal to grow CPI’s business and protect brand awareness.
