Clearly communicate the change to the leadership team and all the stakeholders. • Accountable for the adoption of implemented solutions and decisions. Identify risks in projects that make up the program/portfolio and develop a risk management plan to mitigate uncertainty within the program. Create awareness on blocking factors and enabling the delivery of the program initiatives. • Maintain up-to-date information within existing business applications
