ABOUT KARLY PULIDO

Hi, I’m Karly - a systems thinker, grant-winner, and unapologetic climate optimist. I’ve spent the last 10 years building programs, partnerships, and policies that turn clean energy goals into real-world impact. From launching electric bus fleets and solar programs to helping schools cut energy use and amplify student leadership, I love designing sustainability solutions that work.Right now, I serve as the first Sustainability Officer for the 3rd largest school district in the U.S, where I’ve helped secure over $50M in funding, created districtwide energy efficiency programs, and built a coalition of community partners, utilities, and government allies. My background blends public, private, and nonprofit experience, ranging from hospitality and local government to international development.I\'m always excited to connect around sustainability strategy, climate equity, operational efficiency, clean transportation, ESG, or really anything that brings people and purpose together. Let’s talk.
