I combine a background in translational bioengineering with a passion for scientific account management and customer success, helping bridge complex science/technology and real-world impact.Currently at Pluto Bio, I manage the post-sale customer journey, transforming technical potential into measurable success. My approach is rooted in- Scientific Fluency: Leveraging my Bioengineering background and research experience to speak the language of my customers- Relationship Management: Building deep, trust-based partnerships with scientists and executives to understand their unique workflows and bottlenecks- Value Realization: Moving beyond onboarding to ensure customers achieve their long-term R&D milestones using state-of-the-art modeling platforms.With a Master’s in Bioengineering and a track record in technical consulting, I am dedicated to helping innovative teams grow their impact and bring the next generation of computational biology to life.
