I am the Co-founder of Aragard, a Brokerage that specialises in facilitating institutional exits, with a primary focus on Forward Funding and Turnkey Development Agreements, as well as stabilised disposals across a range of Real Estate sectors.Work with 150 plus funds, grow by circa 2-3 new funds per month, UK and International, such as Annuity Funds/Long Income/Family Offices/Asset Managers/Housing Associations, transactions values from £25M - £300M plus. Connect and work with 2-3 new developers and or asset owners per week requiring to dispose or gain an exit. I have worked within the real estate market since 2012, from property training, rental management, property acquisitions, property development and now owning a growing institutional real estate brokerage with transaction between £20M and £100M per time. I am also proud to have worked within sales environments for over 25 years within the telecoms, capital equipment, professional services and real estate markets which has taught me so much, mainly about people and what type of service actually matters. Public speaking experience, have spoken at events all over the UK with audiences up to 500 people, covering and speaking about, personal development, sales and business. Setting up, organising and running exhibition events, as well as being keynote speakers at them. I am an active reader, listener watcher and practitioner of personal development, always wanting to grow my network, and constantly grow as an individual. Keen golfer, enjoy running, general exercise, keeping active and spending time with family and friends.
