Working on tackling different community integrity problems such as: Understanding how integrity problems are is spread, identifying problem areas in our current processes for detecting integrity problems, and assisting in verifying models that detect integrity gaps. I\'ve lead integrity operations for specialized programs in several countries, but primarily work on the infra side of the house where I ensure models are unbiased, metrics are uniform with other problem areas, and ensuring that our precision and recall scores are on track for delivery. • Built out a metrics monitoring program that combines 9 problem areas to establish causality between social media issues such as Hate Speech, Violence and Incitement, Misinfo, Inauthentic Behavior, etc. • Reduced budget costs of a $50 million/year program by 26% while increasing output by >50% • Scaled out a labeling program to 10 new markets worldwide, improving market precision by >40% • Established investigation procedures for product deep dives to ensure system stability • Established a new quality program to stand up product metrics from none to measured • Improved program quality from 13% to 73% in overseas markets
