I worked in the warehouse industry fresh out of high school. I started off in the clean-up department with my Father and Uncle. Years later, I ended up in the shipping department of a Firearms distribution center. I didn\'t know what a Recruiter or Staffing agency were until I asked about the well dressed people who walked the floor like they owned the place. I figured, what job would be easier than helping people find a job? I took a two week vacation and by the end of those two weeks I had a position waiting for me as an Assistant Recruiter. Years later I learned that this job isn\'t as easy as I thought but I\'m still here except now I\'m a Senior Recruiter.
