I support people navigating emotional and mental health challenges, not just because it’s my job, but because I’ve lived through it myself.After facing some of the darkest periods of my own life, I made a commitment to turn things around. That journey led me to train as a mindset and emotional wellbeing coach, and now, to leading community mental health services with Northamptonshire MIND.My role blends operational leadership with heart-led connection, coordinating services, supporting staff and service users, and helping create a space where people feel safe, valued, and seen.I’m passionate about making mental health support more human, accessible, and empowering. From running creative group sessions to building partnerships and repurposing spaces for community use, I believe healing starts when people feel they matter.Let’s connect, I’m always open to conversations around mental health, wellbeing, collaboration, and real-life recovery.
