I’ve spent over a decade working in the energy industry, helping power homes, businesses, and critical infrastructure. As an engineer, my work has focused on solving complex operational problems, bridging the gap between field operations and engineering teams, and building systems that perform reliably under pressure.Over time, I began noticing something interesting: the same principles that govern healthy energy systems also apply to people.When systems are overloaded, under-resourced, or constantly pushed past their capacity, failure isn’t a matter of if, it’s a matter of when. The same is true for humans.Today my work sits at the intersection of technical systems, human performance, and sustainable energy management. I facilitate workshops, breathwork practices, and leadership sessions that help professionals understand how their personal energy actually moves throughout the day — and how to work with it instead of constantly overriding it.My approach is practical, grounded, and informed by both my engineering background and my work in nervous system regulation and breathwork.Whether I’m working with engineers, leaders, or teams under pressure, my goal is simple:Help people build systems - both internal and external - that are strong, sustainable, and capable of supporting the life they actually want to live.
