About Karli Brenneman
I am currently a third year student at Penn State University, majoring in Labor and Human Resources and minoring in Information Sciences and Technology. I have always been passionate about working with people, building meaningful connections, and creating positive environments where individuals can thrive.Beyond academics, I am an active member of Gamma Phi Beta Sorority, where I serve as the Merit Points Chair and play a key role in the recruitment process in the spring. Through Gamma Phi Beta, I have had an incredible opportunity to participate in Penn State\'s THON with our organization, GammaTheta- the first-ever sorority-sorority THON pairing between Gamma Phi Beta and Kappa Alpha Theta. Supporting such a meaningful cause has been a truly rewarding and fulfilling experience. I am a member of the Business in Cosmetics Club at Penn State and am also working to join Penn State\'s chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) to further develop my knowledge and connect with professionals in the field.
