ABOUT KARL HOULDING

An experienced and strategic professional with a decade spent working with C-suite level individuals across the NHS and Public Sector, with a proven history of change and project management, relationship building and leadership. I am passionate about process improvement and deeply knowledgeable about the NHS.Commercially aware with a high level of emotional intelligence, I have proven ability to exceed targets whilst bringing colleagues, peers, and teams with me on the journey. I pick up new information very quickly; understanding patterns with curiosity and energy to relay and disseminate for others, using creative flair and strong presentation skills to deliver information in the best way possible for people.I am an excellent communicator, building lasting relationships at every level within organisations, both professionally and personally.
