As a Sr. Advanced Field Service Engineer at Honeywell, I play a key role in helping industrial customers run safer, more efficient, and more sustainable operations. My work focuses on optimizing automation systems across various sectors — from manufacturing and refineries to logistics and retail — by integrating advanced control technologies, data analytics, and process automation solutions. In my role, I provide technical expertise and hands-on support for Honeywell’s Industrial Automation (IA) business. This includes troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing automation systems such as Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), and Distributed Control Systems (DCS). I ensure that customer systems operate reliably and efficiently, helping them meet their safety, productivity, and sustainability goals. I work directly with the Field Service Engineering Manager and operate in a hybrid work environment, balancing on-site fieldwork with remote system monitoring and support. My contribution directly impacts the efficiency, uptime, and safety of our customers’ industrial operations by delivering exceptional technical service and solutions tailored to their needs. Beyond the technical responsibilities, I also contribute to Honeywell’s strong, inclusive culture by supporting continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and innovation within the team.
