With over 13 years of leadership and logistician experience, I am a Distribution Integration Branch Manager at the North Carolina National Guard, where I oversee the sustainment supply chain planning and integration for the future operations cell. I am responsible for creating and adjusting distribution courses of action that describe how sustainment will flow from the brigade to supported units, based on supply and unit priorities.As an Operations Manager at Amazon, I led and developed a team of four front-line managers and nearly 350 hourly associates in outbound operations within the Robotic Fulfillment Center. I implemented processes and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations, using data analysis tools to identify trends and patterns and develop strategies to address any problems. I promoted and executed a continuous improvement program to increase day-to-day productivity, resulting in a yearly assumption savings of $1.13 million Year-over-Year (YoY). I also developed and trained two teams of four managers on supply chain and operational requirements. My mission is to optimize processes, manage inventory, and drive supply chain efficiencies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce costs.
