   Leading the overall employee relations (ER) strategy for Hallmark Global, as well as support the day-to-day ER needs for Hallmark Global headquarters-based and supply chain employees. I am accountable for ensuring that our ER policies and practices reflect the culture, support a strong employee experience, and align to our business priorities. In doing so, I will manage an ER ”community of practice” to drive consistent application, interpretation, and modification of Hallmark’s policies, procedures and employee support programs; I will also oversee the activities of the HR/Employee Experience Service Center, which will now report directly into Hallmark Global, to oversee the timely, accurate and efficient responses to a wide array of candidate, employee, manager, and retiree questions.
