My research focuses on improving the processes that interdisciplinary teams can leverage to improve pain and symptom management among high-risk high-need patients. Methodologically, I specialize in organizational theory, implementation science, rapid analysis methods, sustaining quality improvement, and co-designing research with provider and patient stakeholders.
