ABOUT KARLEE MCBRIDE

Hello, my name is Karlee McBride. I am a May 2025 graduate at Belmont University pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Management and a minor in Public Health. I am aspiring to work in both the business and health care industry. This allows me to combine my passion for both fields. I am a dependable employee who has a passion to grow as a person and professional every day. I excel in organization, communication, collaboration, and self-starting. I have developed these skills by working various jobs. Specifically, I was employed as an intern at Bethany Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center over the summer. I completed many different tasks that would be done in a management role such as supporting the HR department by processing new hire paperwork and maintaining employee records, proficiently using Microsoft Office Suite, conducting quality rounds to maintain a high level of customer experience, and auditing human resource documents and medical records for compliance with state and federal regulations. Overall, I am a driven individual that embraces challenges as an opportunity to grow, while infusing optimism and passion into everything I do.
