About Karlee Chuppe

I am a junior at the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Finance. With a natural inclination for leadership, I thrive when guiding others and taking initiative. As a Freshman Peer Mentor, I was selected to support first-year students in their transition to college, an opportunity that highlighted my ability to lead others with purpose. I am motivated by the desire to make a meaningful impact and find fulfillment in seeking significance in both academic and professional settings. In my past job as an assistant dance teacher, I strived to make a significant impact on my students lives by building connections that inspired them to grow as both a dancer and a person. What began as a personal interest in saving and managing money has since grown into a passion for financial wellness. As someone who has always loved working with people, I am confident that I would thrive in an environment where I collaborate closely with clients to understand their financial goals. Growing up outside of Philadelphia, I’ve had the opportunity to observe some of the leading firms in this space, further inspiring my commitment to helping others achieve financial success.
