Established Hoy Dorman, a Civil Engineering and Transportation Consultancy in 2009. The company has offices in Belfast and London and works throughout the UK, Ireland and Middle East. I am a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 20 years’ experience in detailed design and site supervision of major highway works (UK, Ireland and Middle East). I take the lead in all civil engineering projects, as well as being responsible for Business Development. I am working on several major Design and Build road projects within the UK and Bahrain providing tendering, detail design and construction supervision services. My experience in Civil Engineering works covers a wide spectrum including highways, large scale earthworks, large civil structures including bridges and retaining walls, water retaining structures and tanks, major sewerage and drainage systems, pumping stations, piling, foundations and associated ancillary electrical and mechanical works.
