With nearly two decades as co‑founder of Onsite AV Service Partners, we built a service‑driven operation into a full turnkey integration firm, mastering everything from technical systems design to client success and long‑range business strategy. In 2022 Onsite AV was acquired by AVI Systems, now named FORTÉ. My entrepreneurial foundation at Onsite AV fueled my work at FORTÉ, where I became a go‑to leader for sales support, operational structure, training development, and cross‑functional collaboration. My skill set blends AV integration expertise, consultative sales, legal and contract literacy, strategic planning, and exceptional communication. I am equally comfortable refining a complex proposal, mentoring someone through a career pivot, or architecting processes that drive profitability and scale.
