   Joined Fifth Third’s Performing Servicing team taking on the managing role of their Loan Transfers, Special Loans and Legal Operations Support teams. Expanded the Loan Transfers team to essentially be able to expand the bank’s MSR Servicing Transfers, as well as, Servicing Releases. Worked with leadership to streamline existing functions. Successfully worked with Special Loans team to work through the highly regulated processes such as ARMs, SCRA, and FEMA Disasters in order to get procedures updated/established where there were gaps to ensure we have process controls in place. Acquired the Mortgage Systems Integration Team in March of 2023 to provide leadership and guidance. Recently acquired Default Specialty Processing Teams which are responsible for processing Valuations, Invoicing, Fees & Costs, as well as, letters and notices to be issued in accordance to regulatory requirements.
