   Create and deploy global total rewards strategy across the US, UK, Canada, India, Australia, Germany, Ireland, France, Portugal, Austria, Spain, Singapore, and the Netherlands, coordinating compensation for 300 employees while ensuring compliance with regulations and legislation. Oversee all facets of compensation strategy, operations, and benchmarking. Act as a point of contact for all compensation and benefit inquiries to answer questions and resolve issues. • Establish a total rewards strategy by working with US and global brokers to analyze strategic offerings for employees, leading to enhanced retention, morale, and long-term satisfaction. • Curate, maintain, and update compensation and benefits strategies for the global organization. Design communication plans to support all compensation programs and initiatives. • Develop a clear and consistent bonus/incentive system for the global team, including equity rewards with finance. • Engage with Talent Acquisition team on global recruiting to drive goal attainment. • Collaborate with CFO on 401K employee match and integration/automation from 401K provider to HRIS. • Align synergies and collaborate with the VP of HR in India to meet business requirements.• Maintain communication with third-party services to negotiate benefit plans for mutual agreements.• Conduct research on compensation trends, developments, innovative approaches, tools, and legal requirements. • Manage annual filing of benefits while ensuring accuracy and timeline adherence. • Generate and facilitate employee training and development for the best compensation and benefits practices.
