Cross functional agility and ability to independently lead and meet objectives on projects assigned. • Partner with Planning and Buying Teams to develop a merchandising strategy and execute that plan across all versions of the planogram according to timelines• Ensure all Planograms adhere to company standards of merchandise presentation to increase customer experience and support the category strategy. • Manage Project Analysis tool to maximize space allocation to increase sales and profits.• Ensure that proper item LDU and item capacity levels are kept to aid store in inventory efforts and limit in store out of stocks• Incorporate visual merchandising presentation standards in the creations and maintenance of all planograms • Collaborate with Buying and Planning Teams to ensure the business and strategic planning of all projects are current and use correct data for size and shape to have a better category management.
