In this role, I work to manage the day to day operations of the health center and support the supervisors to oversee the health coaches, the quality of their care as well as their efficiency and time management. I run daily, weekly, and monthly reports for regular pulse checks to assist in company decision making. I maintain the health center schedule for all employees, oversee timesheets and payroll and am responsible for all HR responsibilities. I am responsible for interviewing and onboarding new hires as well as enforcing policies and compliance, and letting employees go when necessary. I regularly communicate with our remote alert team to ensure quality of care and a great member experience. I am also responsible for working with all other departments to ensure seamless communication and implementation within the health center. I organize and manage the creation of all the company’s print materials and mailers and maintain office inventory. I organize and maintain regular meeting cadence between teams and departments to ensure that information flows efficiently and that everyone continues to work together as a team.

When I watched the health of whole generations before me deteriorate not only by age, but by the sedentary lifestyles, poor diets, and stress, I knew I was going to be a part of the solution. After losing four family members in five years, I was determined to make a change - to educate and promote an active lifestyle and a clean healthy diet in my community. Implementing lifestyle intervention and stress management into daily bite-size pieces can make a significant impact. While I am currently working, I am open to new opportunities in managing, customer experience, teaching, or training positions.
