I bring a rare combination of acquisition operations leadership, business development expertise, intelligence experience, and federal law enforcement background, with a career focused on mission execution, proposal strategy, and enterprise-scale solutioning.* Currently, I serve as Acquisition Operations Director, leading a team that supports corporate task order management across 20+ contract vehicles. I act as Program Manager for Alliant 2, OASIS+, ASTRO, and SEWP V, and serve as the co-chair the Army OASIS+ Working Group, driving coordination and operational excellence across complex acquisition environments.* Over 13+ years, I’ve led and supported management and transition solutioning for large, complex federal pursuits at GDIT, with prior roles at CACI, CSRA, CSC, and SAIC. In parallel, I serve as a Strategic Initiatives Director and Management/Transition Solution Architect, advancing management solution accelerator strategies and acting as a trusted SME across defense, intelligence, health, and civilian markets.* Over the past decade, I’ve supported RFP, BPA, IDIQ, and task order responses totaling $60B+ in combined value, with a deep specialization in Management Solutions. My work has contributed to major wins including DAF SAP JUSTIFIED ($4.4B TCV), Department of State GSS 2.0 ($3.3B IDIQ), FAA Traffic Flow Management ($677M), USAREUR EMITS ($695M), and NETCOM GEF ($55M), among many others.* Prior to industry roles, I served 20+ years in the U.S. Intelligence Community as a Senior Intelligence Analyst/Officer, delivering executive-level political-military analysis for DIA J2 (Joint Staff, Pentagon); counterintelligence operational analysis for the FBI and DoD CIFA; and analytic editing and training in support of U.S. Coast Guard Intelligence and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.* I am a PMI-certified PMP and Agile Hybrid Project Pro, with experience leading non-technical intelligence analyst programs as an SAIC Project Manager and recipient of the SAIC Aspire Award for exceptional project execution.
