We’re all lifelong learners, and I love being part of the journey that helps people grow. In my role as a Learning and Development Specialist, I get to support H2Mers at every stage of their career by designing and facilitating training programs, managing our LMS, and partnering with teams to make sure they have the right development opportunities in front of them.I believe people do their best work when they feel safe, seen, and able to be their most genuine selves — which is why DEIB is such an important part of what I do. I’m passionate about creating spaces where people can learn from one another, challenge assumptions, celebrate differences, and spark positive, meaningful change.That passion led me to launch H2M’s Diversity & Inclusion ERG, collaborate with leadership to build a career planning tool, and work with organizations like NYS P‑Tech and Tri‑CYA to bring STEAM career exploration to high school students.At the end of the day, I’m energized by connection — hearing new perspectives, sharing ideas, and helping people reach their full potential.
