While working closely with the Director of HR located in Reading, PA. • Manages two Employees • Assisting Other Sites: o Libertyville, IL site for 6 months while finding a new HR Generalist(75 employees) o Rayong, Thailand site with process/project(s) • Work on several projects for company/site o Success Factors (LMS) • Employee Relations: Creating a positive culture. • Policies: Worked to update policies for the site. • Payroll: Oversaw all aspects of bi-weekly payroll for salaried and hourly employees. • Benefit Administration: Involved in all aspects for benefits from the broker relationship, vendor decisions, pricing and open enrollment. • Reporting: Scheduled and ad hoc reporting for government, corporate office, and internal management including periodic presentations to the leadership team regarding company goals, successes and challenges. • Mesa Management Team: Part of the Mesa management team responsible for strategic planning, company direction and goals. • Recruitment: Processing all aspects of recruiting. • On boarding/Off boarding: Completing all aspects of employee on/off boarding including new hire orientation and workforce reductions. • Investigations: Experience investigating compliance issues.
