I’m a motivated and hard working individual, with a passion for delivering exemplary customer service.Hailing from Ireland, and now grounded in the UK, I have seen a varied professional background that has developed my skill set and given me the tools I possess and bring into my career in Property Management today. I provide our landlords with the knowledge and security that their property/and or portfolio is in the best possible hands.I oversee that the tenancy runs as smoothly as possible for all parties from start to finish. Ensuring that all contractual obligations are met; interim inspections are carried out, compliance is fully up to date, property maintenance is remedied to a professional & high standard, in a timely fashion, and that all notice periods & end of tenancy logistics run as efficiently as possible. I also liaise with our local lettings branches & move in coordination team regarding any pre-tenancy works/requirements, to see these are met ahead of the re-letting process, ensuring a seamless transitional period for our landlords. I truly enjoy the challenges the industry brings, with no day ever being the same & fresh obstacles to overcome daily. I am a hugely people focused individual that relishes the opportunity I have in overseeing and leading a team, striving to bring the best out in people and helping them achieve their potential, whilst continuously working hard to achieve my own personal best.
