My career has been at the intersection of the business and technology of Data as a Product. My expertise is in the full lifecycle of Data Solutions - envisioning, designing, building, selling and supporting. In Autumn of 2025 we are launching a public benefit corporation, Tyche Insights - a community that supports public data-driven data storytelling & journalism. Data storytelling by citizens for citizens.Our reference implementation is Albany Data Stories (https://albanydatastories.com/)- I am part of a team that is exploring community-supported data storytelling for the City of Albany, NY. We\'re experimenting with what it means to tell an unbiased data story using public data across many topics - property, crime, housing, growth, taxes, budgets and more.I was previously a member of the Location Intelligence team at LightBox, supporting the construction of great products delivered to the CRE industry and other verticals.Prior, I was President and co-founder of BuildingFootprintUSA - a company that created the next generation of spatial data to accurately solve business problems. BFUSA introduced the concept of building-centric analytics - using the building as the hub for organizing and executing your location analysis.The BuildingFootprintUSA leadership team led the company to growth and profitability, requiring no outside investment along the way. BFUSA was acquired by LightBox (a Silver Lake portfolio company) in January 2021.
