The Executive Director oversees the entirety of the Administrative and Program staff. Responsibilities include Development (Grants, Foundations, Donors and Corporate Sponsorships); Provision of appropriate staffing for our Academy (after school life and academic support), Residential (full time student housing and academic support) and school affiliations (St. Xavier High School; Purcell Marian High School; Our Lady of Grace; and Xavier Jesuit Academy). Each component is mission critical as we serve those who, otherwise, would not have access to the opportunities to consider long-term success.
